Reflexology is a holistic therapy that can help to manage a vast range of health issues and compliments medical care. It works by applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet & hands which correspond to different organs, glands and systems of the body. By gently pressing these reflex points it stimulates the energy pathways throughout the body, promoting a state of deep relaxation which then restores balance and harmony within.

What to expect?​

Your initial visit will begin with a health & lifestyle consultation to help tailor a personalised treatment plan for you. This will be reviewed each session to ensure it is still relevant for your needs.

Occasionally there may be contraindications that might prevent treatment taking place at that time.

What to wear?

Any clothing that allows easy access to your feet and lower leg.

What time to arrive?

Please arrive as near to your appointment time as possible. Late arrival may mean your treatment will need to be shortened.

Be advised that there is no covered waiting area.

​

Where can I park?

There is easy on street parking.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?​

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reflexology treatment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

​

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee, as it can be difficult to fill the space at short notice.
