All appointments are 60 mins in length including consultation time, however your first appointment will be approximately 15 minutes longer to allow for an initial health and lifestyle consultation.
If you are suffering from any serious medical complaints please consult your GP before booking.
Reflexology is not be suitable if - you have a severe circulatory disorder
e.g. Thrombosis, DVT, or uncontrolled high blood pressure, skin infection, infectious disease, suffered a recent haemorrhage, current migraine or fever.
