I'm Tarnia and the proud owner of Solely Hers. I am a VTCT Level 3 Reflexology Practitioner, a member of the Association of Reflexologists and fully insured.

I completed my training at the Sussex School of Natural Therapies in Hove and have undertaken additional advanced training in reflexology for women's health including Pregnancy, Menopause & Fertility Support.

I practice from my beautiful treatment room in Burgess Hill, just a short distance from Haywards Heath, Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks and Ditchling.

You can always be assured of a calm, welcoming environment where you will feel completely at ease.

I am passionate about reflexology and I'm continuously amazed by the results it can have.
